Orange County Bail Bonds

Helping You Face Unexpected Situations

It is late in the night, and you are woken by a phone call from a panicked friend or family member- they are in jail and need your help. Immediately, you begin wondering how you can help, what you should do and if anyone else is awake and prepared to answer your questions. Fortunately, one Orange County bail bonds agency understands that trouble can strike at the most inconvenient hour and is prepared to help you at any time of the day. Whether you need questions about bail bonds answered or a frightening situation has led you to need an immediate bail bond, the team of professional bail bondsmen at Adelante Bail Bonds is standing by, ready to help. We handle a variety of bail bonds, including cash bonds and property bonds.

At our family owned and operated agency, you will find that our staff is composed of friendly and compassionate bail bondsmen. With over 40 years of experience in the bail bonds business, we truly understand the devastating emotions and effects that an arrest can have on an individual. It will put you, as their friend or family member, in a troubling situation as they have requested for you to bail them out of jail. If this is your first time going through the bail bond process, it is vitally important for you to understand your rights when you sign the bond and the responsibilities it places on you as an indemnitor.

Obtaining a Bail Bond

If you are looking to help bail your loved one out of a jail, calling the team of bondsmen at our office is strongly advised. Since 1971, we have been helping individuals all across California obtain bail bonds to secure the release of their loved ones from jail. Each member of our team is extensively familiar with all laws and regulations as set by California statutes, in addition to being licensed bondsmen in the state of California and holding a college degree.

We truly understand, from one family to another, that this will be one of the most frightening experiences in your lifetime. We will do everything in our power to ensure that you feel comfortable when working with our team.

There are several steps to complete before you can post bail and have your loved one released from jail. First, you will be prompted for several questions over the phone regarding the charges, your occupation and your relationship with the defendant. Next, if you are approved for a bond, you will be asked to sign an agreement. The Indemnity Agreement, or the guarantee on the bond, simply states that you will be held responsible to pay the full amount of the bond if the defendant fails to appear in court.

The Cost of Bail

According to the law in California, our office is required to charge 10% of the bond up front. This means, for example, $20,000 bail will cost $2,000 by the signer or cosigners. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card, cash and a no cost financing option for qualified customers.

We realize that you will be in a hurry to get your friend or family member from jail. As such, we will quickly file your paperwork and may be able to have your bail posted at the local jail within an hour or two. Depending on the jail's ability to process the paperwork, your loved one may be released shortly afterwards. Our bail agents work with individuals who have been held in custody at The Central Jail Complex, Anaheim jail, Brea jail, Buena Park jail, Costa Mesa jail, Cypress jail, Huntington Beach jail, Irvine jail, James Musick Jail Facility, Laguna Beach jail, Newport Beach jail, Placentia jail, Santa Ana's Women's Jail or Theo Lacy Jail.

If you have any questions regarding bail bonds and how our bail bonds agents can help you, please feel free to call our office today. We are available to talk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
